X-Ray Diffraction Analysis of Aggregating Proteins and Amyloid Fibers

Description

Phase I successfully examined the formation and assembly of amyloid fibers by studying their external appearance using Dynamic Light Scattering and Atomic Force Microscopy. This project will investigate the kinetics and internal molecular structure of the protein nano-particles using X-ray diffraction.
