Description

Irradiate selected devices to various total dose levels. Determine thermal annealing signature. Develop a controllable thermal packaging. Experimentally validate the concept.

Benefits

Develop on-board post-irradiation recovery system for electronic parts. Including: Developing packaging design for regenerating devices in a radiation environment and Demonstrating the effectiveness of the technology.
