Description

Participate in the testing of the ESA prototype ring cusp thruster at ESTEC to benchmark the discharge chamber and grid models. Participate in the design and modeling of the EM thruster to be completed by EOY FY17, and testing of the Development Model version in FY17. Guide the thruster upgrade development to satisfy NASA life requirements.
