Description

Demonstrate a fully functioning actively tunable filter component and demonstrate its characteristics in a lab environment. This will include reliability and longevity testing. This will also include pursuing reduction of size, weight, power, and cost.

Benefits

Laser-based real time demonstration of the P-ACTIVE to control filtration characteristics. We know of no other activity looking into this capability. We will be using IR imaging and digitally controlled system components to preform longevity and reliability test.
