Build and flight test Gas Filter Correlation Radiometer (GFCR) Limb solar Occulation for Upper Atmosphere Temperature (GLOTemp) to measure upper atmosphere temperature (30-80km) with accuracy and precision sufficient to produce high quality UA analysis with the Navy’s Numerical Weather Prediction (NWP) assimilation system
