Aerosol Wind Profiler (AWP)

Description

The AWP Project builds key hardware components to enable the Wind-SP transceiver unit (ESTO IIP-16) to fly on an expanded number of aircraft in the NASA fleet. Replace the DAWN lidar as the primary wind field deployment operational instrument, providing greater reliability and lower operational costs.
