Deployable P and I band antenna TRL advancement for flight

Description

Deployable antenna developed under SBIR program will be advanced to TRL-6 to enable flight demonstration. Once the antenna is flight qualified, we will look for flight opportunity at the earliest. Extension expected per staff meeting 10/3/23.
