Our main objective is to develop a next generation centralized multi- instrument GSE that has the interface capability to use the 40 Mbps down link newly available at Wallops while remaining flexible enough to easily adapt to many instruments using documented procedures.
Streamlining our ability to interface with the sounding rocket payloads advances our measurement and analysis capabilities.

This is a mature technology (TRL 7) — the realistic path in is usually NASA's Technology Transfer Program: licensing an existing NASA patent, or a Space Act Agreement to use NASA facilities/expertise directly. NASA also runs a startup licensing program with no upfront fee for companies formed to commercialize a specific NASA technology.
