Description
This study will advance development of photon sieves; a variant of a classical Fresnel zone plate; a flat optic which has been demonstrated to produce nearly diffraction-limited EUV images even with a flatness tolerance ~1000 times looser than the figure tolerance of a conventional focusing EUV mirror.
