Luminescent Module Integrating Novel Analytes: A Computational Platform for Tunable Biomolecule Detection (LUMINA)

Description

This project aims to develop a computational platform for designing luminescent chemical biosensors tailored to detect specific biomolecules at low concentrations. The biosensors will have applications in space; such as monitoring bioproduction; detecting life signatures in extraterrestrial samples; and astronaut health. The platform will use deep learning to design and optimize sensing proteins for various analytes.
