To enhance the performance and status detection capabilities of exploration filter systems to address technology shortfalls and meet the exploration goals of the Moon and Cislunar to Mars program in Advanced Habitation Systems.
Benefits
Develop a new optical technique to detect increases in particle loading on air pre-filters and thereby optimize their maintenance/regeneration cylces.
