Fission Surface Power (FSP) requires deployment distances of 1-5km of large, high-power cables. This proposal seeks to perform manipulation testing of cable prototypes to characterize the control and dexterity requirements for handling high-power cables on the lunar surface; information essential to enabling FSP cable deployment.
