Photonic Integrated Circuit/Photonic Lantern Expansion to Atmospheric Lidar Wavelengths

Description
Fabricate a coupled Photonic Lantern/Photonic Integrated Circuit lidar receiver to demonstrate filtering of aerosol scattering from molecular scattering. The goal is to enable the High Spectral Resolution Lidar (HSRL) technique with significantly reduced cost, alignment requirements, and sensitivity to environment compared to the current interferometer design.
