Description
The project will partner with industry to utilize extensive space-flight laser development expertise to build a unique triple-pulsed 2-µm laser. Project will develop a novel, lightweight, frequecy agile, wavelength turning, and locking system for the triple pulsed IPDA operation. Project will also integrate of the state-of-the-art laser transmitter to the exisiting and upgraded reciever system an strengthen for stable flight operation. Finally, initial ground testing and validation of the IPDA lidar from a mobile lidar trailer will be conducted.
