Description

This project focused on the design, manufacture, and test of a composite cryogenic tank as an evolutionary path for the Generation Orbit Launch Services vehicle, GOLauncher 1. The company partnered with LaRC to design, manufacture, and test a composite cryogenic tank utilizing the LaRC-developed tow-steering composite layup method for load path control.

Benefits

This project hopes to develop a sub-orbital system to enable rapid and inexpensive hypersonic flight regime test capabilities.
