Description
This project aims to mature the existing and lab validated Spacecraft Disturbance Isolation and Rejection Platform (SDIRP) technology to TRL6. The relevant environment necessary is a realistic, unconstrained microgravity environment, such as that offered by sub-Orbital Reusable Launch Vehicles. The SDIRP is a compact, low mass, low power pointing, tracking and stabilization system that can significantly improve the usability of suborbital Reusable Launch Vehicles (sRLV) by providing over 50 dB rejection of the vehicles vibration jitter.

This compact, low mass, low-power pointing, tracking and stabilization system will provide a smooth environment with reduced g-jitter for science instruments/observatories/sensors, thereby benefitting the commercial space industry and future NASA missions.
