Description
First, the project needs to develop a misting system, then conduct experiments to test the viability of the mist control using magnetic fields.
Benefits
Current gas absorption methods used in industry are gravity driven. The concept is to develop a mist ionic liquid approach with the mist controlled my electromagnetic fields by using paramagnetic ionic liquids. This work benefits future ECLS systems by enabling better carbon removal. There are also terrestrial applications to explore such cardon removal from smoke stacks on power plants and the like.
