Resonance Frequency Correction for Kilo-pixel Detector Arrays

Description

Superconducting detector arrays are enabling technology for next-generation astrophysics missions. Array yield and the simplicity of the associated readout electronics for these arrays will ultimately be set by fabrication tolerances. We will demonstrate a technique to correct for fabrication variations in these detector resonance readout frequencies.
