Superconducting detector arrays are enabling technology for next-generation astrophysics missions. Array yield and the simplicity of the associated readout electronics for these arrays will ultimately be set by fabrication tolerances. We will demonstrate a technique to correct for fabrication variations in these detector resonance readout frequencies.
This technique will improve the readout bandwidth and array yield of superconducting detector arrays for next-generation astrophysics missions.
